Central Louisiana Rising Stars Program

This seven month program is designed specifically for emerging leaders employed within organizations located within or around the central part of Louisiana.  The learning module days are hosted at the Crest Headquarters in Pineville, LA This program offers the option to enroll in just six days of learning modules and/or to also enroll in the professional business coaching component. There is also be an option to add in a 360 Assessment completion and coaching debrief (additional $500 fee).  Please email directly if you wish to include a 360 degree assessment and debrief.  The 360 is completed in a confidential online format.   
The Learning Module meeting dates will be from 9am to 3pm at the Crest Headquarters in Pineville, LA on the following dates:

January 19, 2018  9 a.m. to 3 p.m. DiSC Behaviors
February 16, 2018  a.m. to 3 p.m. Leadership Excellence and Emotional Intelligence
March 23, 2018 –  a.m. to 3 p.m. Branding as a Leader and Presentation Skills
April 20, 2018 – a.m. to 3 p.m. Business Finance Skills and Building Your Business Case
May 18, 2018 – a.m. to 3 p.m. Mastering Influence and Effective Negotiations
June 15, 2018 – a.m. to 3 p.m. Strategic Decision Making, Innovation and Project Management/Contract Review
The Coaching Module includes:
  • One ​on ​One ​Professional ​Business ​Coaching 
  • Supervisor ​Participation ​in ​Coaching 
  • Written ​Individualized ​Professional ​Development ​Plan 
  • Individualized ​review ​of ​DISC ​Personality ​Assessment and Emotional ​Intelligence assessment ​results 
  • Identification ​of ​strengths ​and ​strategies ​for ​capitalizing ​on ​those ​strengths 
  • Identification ​of ​areas ​in ​need ​of ​further ​development ​and ​strategies ​to ​develop ​those ​areas 
  • Kickoff ​60 ​minute ​face-to-face ​coaching ​session ​with ​participant ​and ​an ​LSU ​Executive ​Education ​Business ​Coach ​ 
  • Kickoff ​60 ​minute ​face-to-face ​interview ​between ​the ​assigned ​coach ​and ​the ​supervisor ​of ​the ​participant ​being ​coached. ​ 
  • Four, ​45 ​minute ​telephone ​coaching ​sessions. 
  • Program ​semi ​-midpoint ​30 ​minute ​telephone ​review ​and ​update ​session ​between ​Coach ​and ​the ​supervisor ​of ​the ​participant ​being ​coached. ​ ​ 
  • Program ​midpoint ​60 ​minute ​face-to-face ​coaching ​session ​between ​participant ​and ​coach. ​ 
  • One ​midway ​point ​60 ​minute ​face-to-face ​interview ​between ​the ​assigned ​coach ​and ​the ​supervisor ​of ​the ​participant ​being ​coached. ​ 
  • 60 ​minute ​face-to-face ​final ​session ​with ​participant ​and ​coach ​to ​review ​the ​IDP ​progress. 
  • 30 ​minute ​face-to-face ​final ​session ​between ​the ​assigned ​coach ​and ​the ​supervisor ​of ​the ​participant ​being ​coached ​in ​order ​to ​review ​the ​IDP ​progress. 
  • 30 ​minute ​face-to-face ​final ​session ​between ​the ​assigned ​coach, ​the ​participant, ​and ​the ​participant’s ​supervisor. 
  • Optional: 360 Assessment completion and coaching debrief (additional $500 fee)
