Journal of Financial Economics, 94, 384-411. | Biographical Summary | | Shan He received her Ph.D. in Finance from Boston College, and joined Louisiana State University as an Assistant Professor of Finance in fall 2007. Her areas of research interest are corporate finance, entrepreneurial finance, and institutional investors, with special focus on initial public offerings, seasoned equity offerings, corporate restructuring, and institutional trading. Her research papers have been presented at several prestigious international conferences, such as the American Finance Association Meetings, the European Finance Association Meetings, and the Financial Management Association Annual Meetings. She has also won several prestigious awards such as the Kauffman Fellowship for Outstanding Doctoral Research in Entrepreneurial Finance, and the Boston Census Research Data Center (BRDC) Research Fellowship at the Center for Economic Studies and National Bureau of Economic Research.
