The Business Residential College (BRC) is a living-learning environment where the next
generation of business leaders are assisted in acclimating to the culture of the E.J. Ourso College and of business in general.
Academic amenities are a major reason why first-year students should consider living in the
BRC. Residents have priority scheduling for their business classes. Instructors hold office hours on-site. There are group study and meeting rooms in the building, and supplemental instruction in economics, mathematics, and accounting is available.
Since opening its doors in the fall of 2007, the BRC has continuously added to the activities offered to its residents, and the reasons why students should live in the BRC have become evident. These reasons include:
- Better Grades
- No Monthly Bills
- Female & Male Designated Wings
- Suite-Style Rooms
- Wi-Fi
- Security-Card Access
- On-Site Library, Classrooms, and Computer Lab
- Exclusive Events and Activities
- Convenience & Location
- Leadership Opportunities
